About Adil:

Adil Panton is a certified Qigong instructor, massage therapist, and the owner and operator of The Healing Arts Touch massage establishment at Lake Forest, CA. His involvement in the healing arts goes back decades when as a young man, he became interested in disease prevention and natural methods and processes of health maintenance. Throughout his way of life and long years of healing arts practices and experiences, he came to deeply and firmly believe that life can be enhanced and extended a great deal when one learns self­-healing techniques. Qigong is an ancient self­-healing practice from which people of all ages from young adults to the elderly can benefit.

About Qigong:

Qigong is a powerful ancient Chinese healing art form that strengthens the body’s vital energy. Qi(chi) translate to life force or vital energy of the body. Gong(Kong) means accomplishment or skills. Therefore, qigong means working with the life energy, becoming aware of and controlling the flow of qi (energy) in the body.

Qigong is a holistic system of self-healing exercise through precise movement, respiratory technique and meditation a practitioner is able to activate the body own healing power.

Significantly, the practice of Qigong boosts muscle and strength, while lowering cortisol.

In research studies conducted Qigong have also been proven to lower high blood pressure, strengthen the heart muscle, and increases the volume of blood flowing to the brain, hands and feet and in the small capillaries throughout the body. The practice of Qigong is also known to improve digestion, increase vitality and lower stress. It has also been considered an immune – enhancing system of mind/­body healing. In China, Qigong is commonly prescribed as an adjunct to chemotherapy and radiation. It is known to lessen the side effects of these therapies.

The self-­healing art of Qigong can be practice by anyone there are absolutely no restrictions. By practicing Qigong a person can learn to improve health, increase vitality and create balance and harmony within and throughout all aspects of life.
